Maintenance / Security 2^nd shift 2pm to 10pm

Summary: The Facilities department team members are responsible for maintaining schools buildings and grounds and to ensure a safe environment for our students, faculty and staff.  

The Fenn School is seeking a highly qualified full time Maintenance professional for the evening shift.

Regular hours for this position will be 2pm to 10pm. Periodic overtime is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Janitorial, plumbing, electrical, hvac, carpentry, security, equipment up-keep, traffic control, snow removal, general building maintenance, pool maintenance and landscaping.

Qualifications:

High School diploma, valid driver’s license, must pass a CORI background check and be able to obtain a MA 2A hoisting license. Five years of prior building maintenance is preferred.

Salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
