Employment Opportunities
Fenn's excellent program, talented faculty, and collegial atmosphere make it a stimulating and rewarding place in which to teach. Small classes provide opportunities for teachers to work closely with boys who are eager to learn. Teaches also serve as advisors and coaches.

The school supports faculty professional growth with substantial funding for workshops, graduate study, travel, and curriculum development. Salaries and benefits are highly competitive.

Fenn encourages application for employment from teachers dedicated to educating middle school boys. The school is committed to promoting diversity within its community.

Because of the volume of blind inquiries, only inquiries that concern current faculty openings will be acknowledged. Stephen Farley, Director of Academic Programs.
