Seth won a Silver Key and an Honorable Mention, respectively, for two poems, "Forest of Secrets" and "Yearning for Knowledge," that he wrote while a student in Laurie O'Neill's 9th grade class last year.

He was one of 220 students in Massachusetts from public and independent schools who were recognized. In its 87-year history, the awards have recognized some of America's most celebrated artists and authors while they were teenagers, among them Richard Avedon, Truman Capote, Any Warhol, and Charles White.
