Field Day, organized by faculty members Dave Duane and Dave Irwin, began with a picnic lunch and included such events as discus, shot put, lacrosse ball throw, obstacle course, long jump, and relay races. Ned Nardi was the 9th grade pentathlon winner, and Duncan Norton and Oliver Johnson tied as 8th grade winners.

Liz Wei, Sue Finney, Kathy Starensier, and Jen Waldeck did yeowomen’s service at the scoring table, while other faculty members were posted at each venue. Said Duane, “The boys were spirited and enjoyed the day,” which traditionally marks the end of the spring term.
