Fenn's excellent program, talented faculty, and collegial atmosphere make it a stimulating and rewarding place in which to teach.

Small classes provide opportunities for teachers to work closely with boys who are eager to learn. Teachers also serve as advisors and coaches.

The School supports faculty professional growth with substantial funding for workshops, graduate study, travel, and curriculum development. Salaries and benefits are highly competitive.

Fenn encourages applications for employment from teachers dedicated to educating middle school boys. The School is committed to promoting diversity within its community.

Staff are equally vital contributors to the Fenn School experience and work hand-in-hand with educator colleagues to ensure that students, parents, alumni, etc. are well-served by the School. They are also equally valued for their dedication to the unique and caring Fenn community that everyone together is committed to maintaining. Please note: Because of the volume of blind inquiries Fenn receives, only inquiries that concern current faculty, staff, and administrator openings will be acknowledged.

Current Opportunities

Fenn seeks candidates for a part-time Learning Specialist position. A successful candidate will, therefore, be a proactive and collaborative educator who is also committed to the manifestation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in the Fenn community.

I came to Fenn just over one year ago and it has been the best decision I've made professionally. The faculty and staff are so warm and welcoming here. The students are extremely curious and interested in their academics, athletics and arts. This school is the definition of community personified!- Faculty/Staff Review of Fenn on Niche.com
