Fenn seeks a dynamic, flexible team member to join our Auxiliary Programs Department for the ’26-27 academic year. This opportunity includes supervision and tracking of our students at Extended Day and leading or assisting in enrichment activity delivery. It also could include additional evening hours staffing our facilities rental groups.
The Fenn School is fully committed to a culturally diverse faculty and student body. A successful candidate will, therefore, be committed to the manifestation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in the Fenn community. The ideal candidate will be able to support Fenn’s mission in all work with students, parents, faculty, and staff. Fenn strongly encourages applications from traditionally underrepresented groups.
HOURS
Our Extended Day Program hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30-6:00 p.m. and Tuesdays from 12:30-6:00 p.m. throughout the school year. We also have youth athletic groups that rent our gym and turf field, and we often need an Extended Day staff member to manage the cars and people on campus from 6:00-9:00 p.m. during the winter months on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our staff at Extended Day engage kids in various ways- from board games, to active play, to occasional homework guidance, to simple conversation. Whether it’s being a DM for Dungeons & Dragons, guiding inventive arts or STEM projects, running floor hockey in the gym or teaching chess or baking, we’re looking for a wide range of talents
