Non-Discrimination Policy
It is the policy of The Fenn School to maintain a school environment that is free from unlawful discrimination and to conduct its educational practices, admissions program, financial aid policies, and athletic and other school administrative programs solely on the basis of an individual’s merit, qualifications, and skills. The School admits qualified students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, citizenship, ancestry, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, mental or physical disability, or any other status protected by applicable law, and extends to them all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the School. The Fenn School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, citizenship, ancestry, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, mental or physical disability, or any other status protected by applicable law in the administration of its admissions, financial aid, and loans, and its educational, athletic, and other programs.
Additionally, The Fenn School does not discriminate in hiring or terms or conditions of employment on the basis of sex, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, age, marital status, military or veteran status, application for military service, race, color, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, citizenship, genetic information, religion, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, mental or physical disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
Compliance with Transparency in Coverage Rules
As an employer that sponsors a group medical plan, The Fenn School is required to abide by the federal Transparency in Coverage (TiC) rules, part of a larger federal effort to improve transparency around the cost of healthcare services.
This link -- https://transparency-in-coverage.bluecrossma.com/ -- leads to the Machine-Readable Files that are made available in response to the TiC rules and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The Machine-Readable Files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
