Kane Gallery

Fenn's Kane Gallery is located in the Arts wing of the Boll Family Building at the center of campus. Across the school year, it hosts student exhibits that showcase the broad arts offerings to which all Fenn students are exposed. Paintings, drawings, and photography line its walls, and ceramics and woodworking creations fill presentation cases and grace gallery pedestals. Art envelopes visitors as they immerse themselves in the welcoming space bathed in natural light.

Artwork created outside the arts curriculum is also featured in the gallery. As the 2023-2024 school year drew to a close, social activism graffiti and final projects exploring East Asia filled the gallery to celebrate the Global Studies coursework tackled by ninth grade students.

The Gallery also presents shows of visiting artists. In November of 2023, the community was fascinated by a show featuring artist Elise Wiley and her personal craft of painting with a brush affixed to a fencing sword. A popular past exhibit also celebrated the diverse artistic creations of current and former faculty and staff. Painting and pencil sketches, woodwork, ceramics, and quilts and baskets graced the 2023 back-to-school collection.

The Kane Gallery is open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except during school breaks) and additionally during evening receptions associated with exhibits.
