![]() ![]() Dear Fenn Alumni, As the vibrant colors of fall envelop the Fenn campus, we are enjoying a steady return to a more familiar Fenn environment and experience while maintaining important protocols that will help to keep our community healthy. It was wonderful to see such fantastic alumni attendance at the recent Reunion and Homecoming festivities and to celebrate the Blue-and-Gold together.
We are now excited to engage with alumni in a different way as we invite your participation in Fenn's Strategic and Long Range Planning Process that will chart the course for the School for the 10-year period spanning 2022-2032. Our current 10-year strategic plan will soon come to a very successful conclusion.
The foundation upon which we are developing this next 10-year plan is incredibly strong. Our mission is clear and our commitment to achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion in our curriculum, in our community, and in the life of the School is steadfast. Our Fenn program and the accomplished faculty and staff who guide and support it are invested in the growth and success of every student entrusted to them. Our campus offers an inspiring landscape for the full program to come alive for students. And, the generosity of our donors and the School's sound financial management ensure that Fenn has ample resources to help our faculty continue to do their best work with students and to ensure the continued growth and evolution of the school experience we are able to offer. WE INVITE YOUR INPUT As part of the planning process, we are eager to reflect on these and myriad other Fenn strengths, as well as the challenges and opportunities before us and the key priorities that should guide the School through 2032. The most effective roadmap for the future is one that considers and incorporates the input of all who form the extended Fenn community. Alumni voices are critical to the process, as are those of faculty and staff, current parents/guardians, parents of alumni, and students. We will be working closely with Alumni Association President Brian Davidson '89 to coordinate alumni participation in the planning effort. Two near-term opportunities to contribute include:
We thank you in advance for your contributions to this important effort and promise periodic updates on our progress. We look forward to building a plan that represents our collective hopes and aspirations for the future of Fenn while being mindful of the vision Roger Fenn had at its founding and the successes the School has enjoyed across the past 92 years.
