Best-selling author, screen writer, and distinguished “civilian soldier” Robin Moore ’40. Robin has written more than 70 books, which include: The Green Berets and The French Connection. Moore also co-authored the lyrics for the "Ballad of the Green Berets", a hit song of 1966 and later featured in the film The Green Berets, based on his book.
