Program Endowment Funds
Robert C. Duncan Marching Band Fund
Established in October 2013 in memory of Bob Duncan with gifts from family and friends. Income from the fund supports the needs of the school’s Marching Band program such equipment replacement and repair, competition/festival expenses, or any other related areas.
Abbott T. Fenn '34 Fund for Summer Exploration & Learning
Established in August 2015 through a bequest from Abbott T. Fenn '34, son of the School's founder Roger C. Fenn and Eleanor Fenn. Income from this fund supports Fenn boys on financial aid who wish to participate in a Summer Program.
The Fenn Philanthropy Fund
Established in January 2005 by an anonymous Fenn family. This fund supports Fenn’s commitment to encourage, guide, and teach philanthropy to its students. Income from this fund promotes philanthropic outreach by Fenn students through volunteerism, fundraising, and grant making.
Joan Alden & William Chase Speidel '49 Library Endowment Fund
Established in June 2011 by William Chase Speidel '49 in honor of Joan Alden Speidel, loving mother and dedicated educator. Its income supports the Fenn School library.
Spencer E. Streetman '97 Fund
Established in July 2019 with gifts from family and friends in memory of Spencer Streetman ’97 to honor and celebrate his love of both Fenn and Camp Merrowvista. Income from the fund supports Fenn boys on financial aid by subsidizing the portion of the cost of the fifth-grade class trip to Merrowvista that is not covered by their financial aid award.
Robert W. Swift Sports Memorial Fund
Established in November 2007 in memory of Robert W. Swift by his wife Priscilla Swift and their sons Jonathan “Deacon” Swift ’99 and Robert W. Swift IV ’00, as well as family and friends. Income from this fund supports the Athletics Program at Fenn.
Unrestricted Endowment Funds
Boys at the Heart Unrestricted Endowment Fund
Established in 2005 as part of the Boys at the Heart campaign, this fund produces a reliable stream of flexible income to help Fenn address its most pressing needs.
