2018 Tuition and Fees

For all our programs tuition includes lunch, snacks, t-shirt, field trip admissions, and program related supplies. A non-refundable $50 per child, per week deposit is required to hold a space in any program. All balances must be paid in full by May 1, 2018. For registrations after May 1, full payment must accompany registration. Registration is ongoing until a specific program or session is full. SFDC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks payable to Summer Fenn Day Camp. All credit card payments must be entered online by the family registering for camp.

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one camper attending 5 or more weeks will receive a 5% sibling discount off the second and subsequent siblings.  The sibling discount will be applied to the lower priced tuition.

8 Week Discount

Campers enrolled in all eight weeks of camp are entitled to a 5% discount off the total cost of selected programs.

Refund Policy

Any tuition paid is fully refundable up until May 18th, less the $50 deposit. After May 18th, a 50% refund is available, up until 3 weeks prior to the program start date. No refunds will be offered within 3 weeks of the program start.

No refunds or prorated fees are available for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session.

Balances may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, based on availability.

**Spring Fling Referral Discount EXCEPTION: Any new family receiving the free week referral bonus at Spring Fling is not entitled to a full refund for their paid week after the event. Any returning family receiving a 50% off referral bonus will also be disqualified for a full refund after the event.


If payment in full is not received by May 1st, your camper’s registration may be cancelled. We appreciate and request that you communicate with our office concerning any additions, deletions or changes to your camper’s registration.
