Distinguished Alumnus Award

The Distinguished Alumnus Award is presented to a Fenn alumnus who has made outstanding contributions to his field and to those around him with consideration to his involvement with Fenn.

The Distinguished Alumnus Award is the highest award that the Alumni Association bestows and is presented annually by the Head of School and President of the Alumni Council at Fenn's Alumni Dinner. In 2019, the award will be given to Edward "Ned" Perry '60. Ned Perry '60 has enjoyed a successful law career, serving as a litigation attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor after receiving his J.D. before 20+ years at law firm Perkins, Smith & Cohen and five years practicing labor and civil rights law at Hirsch Roberts Weinstein LLP. Ned has handled appeals up through the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and United States Supreme Court. He also boasts strong Concord roots. He and his wife, Cynthia, were recognized as Concord's Honored Citizens in 2013 for their outstanding efforts and dedication to the town. Concord benefited from Ned's service in a variety of positions including Town Moderator, as have numerous Boards including Fenn's Board of Visitors.

If you know of a deserving alumnus, we strongly encourage you to submit a written nomination on his behalf.
