For the PA sponsored student activities planned for this year, there are fees required to cover the costs. The fee for students in grades 5, 7, 8, and 9 is $75 per student, which covers two events. The fee for students in grades 4 and 6 is $100 per student, which covers three events.
To fill out the form, please select your son's grade and input his first and last name in the designated boxes. If you have more than one son in the same grade, simply increase the quantity. Multiple sons in different grades may be entered at the same time. Click Register Activity Fee at the bottom of the page to submit your son's information.
An email address is not required. Additionally, Site Login is not required to complete the form and submit payment.
