Fenn Dining Services is administered by FLIK Independent School Dining, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group, with on-site management by Chef Manager David Ayotte. FLIK Hospitality Group is a leader in hospitality services, student dining, and nutrition education, and its meals with a wellness-first approach are served to over 200 private and independent schools nationwide.
Fenn’s kitchen prepares fresh entrees and sides each day with vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free choices. It also offers an assortment of fresh fruit, a full salad bar of assorted vegetables, grains, croutons, and more, and a full sandwich bar with deli meats, cheeses, salads such as tuna, assorted breads and wraps, and more.
Our Partnership with Flik Dining Services
Carrying out the mission of Flik Dining Services, our staff always prefers to use fresh, not frozen, local beef that is farm-raised with no hormones or antibiotics. One source is Northeast Family Farms, which purchases foods from small- to medium-sized family farms in the Northeast, including farms in Massachusetts and Vermont, to help preserve the rural landscape, enhance economic development, and enable current and future generations to stay on the farm, caring for the land. Monterey Bay Seafood Watch guidelines are followed with the goal of serving sustainable fish, and eggs are certified cage free.
