The Fenn School warmly welcomes the parents and guardians who join the school community each year with their students. Our school year calendar is full, presenting myriad opportunities to engage with other families, faculty, staff, and administrators and to learn more about the school day experiences and successes of your Fenn students. A dedicated group of parent leaders and volunteers complements Fenn School efforts, and we invite you to learn more about this indispensable group below.  

The Fenn Parents Association
 

All Fenn parents and guardians are members of the Fenn Parents Association (PA), which strives to connect parents and guardians in meaningful ways to the school, to students' lives during their time at Fenn, and to each other. PA leadership and volunteer teams are thrilled to offer social events and learning programs throughout the year. Volunteer opportunities are also in large supply. Getting involved and volunteering is a great way to meet new people and contribute valuable skills in support of campus events and experiences that make the students' school days more memorable.

There is a volunteer opportunity for every schedule and interest, from assisting the librarians or drama department, to collaborating with other parents to bring engaging assemblies to the community, to engaging in Service Learning initiatives or on a Diversity Committee in support of Fenn's mission for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and so much more. Any amount of time and energy is valuable and appreciated!

Grade Parents is one such volunteer opportunity that helps to connect parents to the activities in their student's grade. Four grade parents are identified for each grade each school year. The designated grade parents then serve as liaisons between parents and the PA board, faculty, and the School.
